Cancellation policy

Subscriptions:

• Subscriptions involve repeat deliveries based on selected duration and frequency.
• Payment details are securely stored and charged for each delivery, unless prepaid.
• Some subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
• Subscriptions can be canceled or changed anytime through order confirmation emails.

Pre-orders:

• Pre-orders are for out-of-stock or upcoming products, with partial or no payment at checkout.
• The remaining balance is charged when the product is available.
• Cancellations are allowed for pre-orders that haven't been fulfilled.
• Once fulfilled, cancellations aren't allowed, but refunds can be requested (full or partial).

Try Before You Buy:

• Payment method is authorized before fulfilling the order.
• A specific time frame is given to decide whether to keep the item.
• After the trial period, if the item is not returned, the full amount is charged.
