Add one scoop of zeolite (included in the package) to half a liter of water. Let the food sit in the zeolite-water solution for 15-20 minutes, then thoroughly rinse under running water.
Face detox mask
Mix zeolite and water in a 3:1 ratio until a paste-like consistency is achieved. Apply to the face and leave on for about 15 minutes.
Body detox scrub
Mix coconut oil (or oil of your choice) and zeolite in a 1:1 ratio (adjust as needed based on your skin). Stir until a paste forms. Optionally, add a few drops of essential oil. Apply the scrub to damp skin using gentle circular motions. Massage for 1-2 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
Detox Bath
Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of zeolite powder (you can adjust depending on the size of your bath and your preferences).
Immerse yourself in the bath and relax for 20-30 minutes.
