Refund of payment: The refund to the customer is possible after the returned goods are received or after providing proof of shipping.
Return period: The goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying the seller about contract cancellation. Send an email to info@mevex.eu.
Return costs: The customer bears the return shipping costs, except in cases of error or defective products.
Condition of goods: Returned goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging, with all accompanying equipment and documentation.
Contract cancellation: The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The consumer can, without providing a reason, unilaterally terminate this contract within 14 days from the date of contract conclusion or its receipt.

The right to unilaterally terminate the contract starts from the date of delivery or from the date of personal collection of the shipment.
